But I know Halloween is approaching, and everybody will come back here.

I had the Halloween spirit invade my mind once more, hence why I am back here.

Had to take the little guy into ER last night...got a nice gash on his head. 6 stitches....poor little fella...somehow God gave me the strength to hold him while they were stitching him up....hate to see my little boy in pain like that....I'm a Vampire Zombie this morning though...didn't get home until after midnight...

I'm back and its great to be back you half to excuse my absence , I was on a couple of times but it didn't seem like a Halloween thread anymore it sounded like a political thread and I got tired of hearing it so I waited until it got a little bit closer so we can actually talk about Halloween. Im excited don't know how the budget will be for this years Halloween because I am re doing and shaping the landscaping this year and hopefully get all of my remaining projects done then about late August if they do it again cracker barrel last year put there Halloween stuff out middle of August the earliest Halloween merchandise I've seen. So how is everyone anyone new this year.

That's awful! I hope the little guy is doing better this morning... What happened??

Well, he got whacked in the head on accident and it left a good gash....playing I guess...I wasn't in the room when it happened though.

he's up and playing this morning though so he should be fine...

Glad to hear it. I'd imagine there isn't anything worse than to have one of your babies ill or injured. Hang in there, mate.

I suppose that depends on who your kids are...

I can't even begin to describe the fear, the panic that sets in as a parent when it is your baby crying his head off and blood is gushing....also when they were stitching him up and he was wailing like crazy...I preferred death in that moment...

I bet. But he was lucky to have his dad there with him.

Thanks Spooky...yeah it was tough...I almost broke down while it was going on. I can take a lot of pain and absorb it but not with my kids or kids in general...it just kills me to see them in such pain...and you are helpless
