LOL!

I thought the count would be much higher based solely on the rich quantity contained in the majority of your posts. :D

Thanks Andy, I appreciate the kind words.

A friend sent this to me and I thought that I would post it here, it's a short story from a comic book that was published the same year that I was born, it's fine for what it is, but you don't have to read it unless you want to.

I thought it was a interesting story, I'm glad you liked it. The friend that sent it to me didn't know what book it was from, but I'm guessing that it was like Tales from the Crypt or something like it.

I had a comic book called 'Head of the family' from the 60s.

One of the monster comic era pulp rags.

It was about somebody's fiancé being introduced to each member of a wealthy family who individually represented a different facet of the human condition, and at the end of the story he met the father who was...A GIANT HEAD!

It scared me when I was little.

I remember comics like that. My mother bought them for me when we went on cross-country vacations. I still remember some of the stories. One was about a man who gradually realized he was the corpse at the funeral. He was dead but still fully aware.
