This costume might be a great idea if you wants to play tricks http://www.swisslink.com/products/ghill ... and-7-249/ but playing tricks at that cost is a bit expensive am wondering if someone could advice me where I can have the same at low cost.

Well, you could always join ROTC and I'm sure you could then borrow one.
