Interested in a Holiday Blog?

What I'm trying to do is get together a "Blog" of sorts, but not only for Halloween, but for most or all holidays (at least the popular ones) a kind of a "Portal" for information.
If it's alright with the admin/moderator, would anyone be interested in such a resources site, things for recipes, costuming (I'm actually part of a costuming Clan in Central FL), and other sorts of holiday related topics. Would anyone be interested? I k now you could probably just Google it, but I want something a bit more personal (plus like making online friends with people with the same interests).
