This is always an interesting topic for gamers. MMORPG's are Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Games. You pay to play. 15 bucks a month subscriptions usually that follow initial purchase of the game.
I own 3.
World Of Warcraft-
Because my brother dragged me in. I recently lost steam on it and don't even have the desire to raise my level 72 Pally to level 80. W.o.W has been put aside.
Pirates Of The Burning Sea-
Now this is an excellent period game and is great if you like swashbuckling and old wooden clipper ships battling each other. But the game can tend to be Pirate heavy. So if you're a member of France, Spain or England, you're an under dog. I have a British Free-trader in the game I haven't played since last year.
Warhammer Online: Age Of Reckoning-
Now this game has my utmost attention. I am getting addicted. It has been out only six months so it is a baby MMO. But if any (fantasy) MMO has a shot at contending with World Of Warcraft, it is Warhammer Online. Like Warcraft, Warhammer has gaming history prior to the release of its online game. And actually, Warhammer as a strategy board game juggernaut. WaR needs only iron out some bugs and repair the lag in the game, but the game itself has me enthralled. I want to use my Witch Hunter to help turn the tide of perpetual war in this game.

MMORPG discussion
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.
