All Souls Day: Dia de los Muertos

Post by iHaunt » Thu Sep 03, 2009 2:49 pm

A couple of days ago I got a DVD in the mailbox, so it was good movie! That movie was made in 2005, so I recommend some of you guys watch it! :D

This movie was about during a "Day of the Dead" celebration, the dead come to life to prey upon the living. :)

It was on the SciFi channel about a year ago, and I agree. It was a good movie, and I do plan to add it to my Netflix as soon as my presently very long list gets a little shorter.

Mike.

I don't remember the story taking place in Mexico. I do know that "Dia Del Muerte" is a Hispanic custom that's very popular all over the world. I went to a Dia Del Muerte party and had a great time.

I believe the story was taking place in New Mexico, but the filiming location was in Santa Clarita, CA.

i've never heard of it.. i'll have to look it up.. you guys (iHaunt and Mike) have given me some pretty good movie references lol
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
