Hello,
I just found this forum. I'm looking for an active Christmas forum. Still looking :-) Anyway, I make these sausage balls every Thanksgiving and Christmas. Always gets compliments.
SAUSAGE BALLS

1 lb. Jimmy Dean's sausage
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 c. or more sharp grated cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery and onions

Mix ingredients and roll into balls the size of a walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.

Finally, I got a message from my aunt and here it is:

Original Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

These are so yummy! My aunt makes every Christmas Day. Enjoy! ;)

I don't, but I think my cousin may know how. If I can find it from her.

I found one recipe here:

Those sound great! Are sausage balls considered the same thing as meatballs? Of course I thought meatballs had the sweetened sauce with them but I could be wrong. Besides holidays, wouldn't these be good for a Super Bowl party!?!
