I have a version of Come All Ye Faithful (Adeste Fidelis) from World War II with Bing Crosby. It is from Dec 21, 1944 (I think the CD is "White Christmas World War II Radio Christmas Show"). Anyway, I obviously wasn't alive during WWII, but the whole CD is amazing, just putting yourself back then and hearing a lot of Christmas songs under the circumstances.

I have CDs of all of them. My Dad was young during WWII and they listened to some, but I think that a lot of them weren't available or they would have done so!
