Christmas Eve shrimp dip

Postby The Dentist on Thu Jan 22, 2009 8:32 am

This is a perfect recipe for Christmas Eve, especially if you are looking for an easy appetizer:

1 1/2-2 stalks chopped celery
3 green onions sliced thin
1 lb boiled, cut up shrimp (you can get this ready to go at your grocery store)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c mayo
touch of mustard (to your own taste)
jalapeno pepper cut up and touch of juice to taste (buy the kind that is diced in the can, much easier)

Mix all, refrigerate up to 2 hrs and serve with favorite crackers.

This sounds so good to me, especially with the cream cheese. Cream cheese always makes everything creamier.
