post a schedule of scary movies/tv series shown on tv

Post by Captain Nemo » Tue Oct 17, 2006 3:52 pm

Can anyone post a schedule of the tv listings of the classic halloween films they show? Like what channel, how often it comes on? Or if a certain website gives the listings could you post that website? Even shows like The Twilight Zone, Tales From The Crypt, and Tales From The Darkside. Thanks so much.

I suggest going to meevee.com and starting an account. It's free and easy. They even have watchlists that alert you when your favorite prgrams are on.

No. I do not work for them.
Laurie stares at the station wagon as it moves past. She looks directly at The Shape inside. There is a quick glimpse of him, a strange pale face staring back.

AMC's Monsterfest (begins Sunday, October 22 and runs all day/night horror movies).

ABC Family's 13 Nights of Halloween (begins Thursday October 19 and runs a few movies but mainly one or two a night...a bit kid-ish for my tastes but they show some good stuff).

ABC is showing "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown"
Friday, October 27 at 8/7c

If you have cable, Starz/Encore is having a pretty decent Fear Fest (it's already started, but a bunch of the movies are on InDemand too):

That's all I have time to list right now...hey, I did pretty good!! hah hah.

I think I speek for myself and Uncletor (he lives 20 minutes away) when I say that Canada gets robbed of Halloween programming. On Rogers digital cable here, we may get one or two Halloween movies the weekend before, or the day of or Halloween night. None leading up to it. Unless Spike TV has a marathon or something...

Sam...I found this about Canadian TV. I don't know what year it's from but it lists a bunch of stuff you guys can watch. Do you have this Scream channel? Sounds neat.

Haha! Funny story about Scream. I once was in a Kraft Dinner commercial about 4 years ago. It was filmed in Toronto in the same room as Scream was. So while I was doing the commercial, out of the corner there was a zombie sitting in an easy chair...still creeps me out to this day! haha.

And the list is pretty old, but thanks a lot anyways! :D

Monsterfest

Post by EvilMel » Sun Oct 22, 2006 5:46 pm

WOO HOO!! Monsterfest in full effect!

I just watched Children of the Corn! Now I'm watching Wolfen (while I do other things around the house of course). Yesterday I watched Slither...things are going really well with the horror movie watching so far this weekend.

Is it sad that I am kinda upset to leave the house tonight? I have to go to dinner at a friend's house who will definitely NOT be watching anything scary and I totally don't want to go! hah hah. Lame. Oh well!
