Wow! You've put so much hard work into them, and so much detail.....I must start really getting my game plan working.

(well done with the camera too!)
Happy hauntings!

Wow they are so awesome! I would love to start a spooky village collection of my own someday. I can't right noe because we are trying to save money. My boyfriend made the move up north and I have to wait for the house to sell down here. I can't wait for next Halloween because then we will be settled and I can go Halloween crazy!

ANyway, good job on your village it's very cool!

I am so impressed! I hope mine is as cool as that someday! Don't you just love having it?? Mine is a cheap little walgreens set, but I still just love to look at it, it makes me so happy.
I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

That is a really cool Halloween Village. Where did you get it? or did you make it yourself?

That is so cool. I wanna know where you got it too, and how you did all of that?? In the reflection on the window, there is a full moon and it looks like a liscense plate...where is that coming from? Cause it looks like it is coming from the outside of the window??

Hi domsmom and welcome to the board. That village has been collected over many years. Some I bought myself, some pieces have been given to me as gifts. It is one of my favorite parts of Halloween, and it really makes me happy to turn off all the lights in the living room, and just sit and look at everything. The pictures don't do it justice, when it's lit and the room is dim it REALLY looks good! And most of the larger pieces have moving parts and music and/or voice recordings. (You have to just have the sound on one turned up at a time, though, or it is just a mass of noise.) Thanks for your comments everybody, I'm glad you're enjoying the pics! :D

Hi Spooky...yep, I got most of it at Michaels craft store. The license plate IS on a car outside the window! :? I should have shut the blinds. But the full moon is part of the village. The tables are now a total of 11 feet long (but they are narrow)...it takes up one whole wall of my living room, but I love it. :D There is one dept 56 piece mixed in, the movie theatre, and I got that at a post-Halloween sale a few years back at a big discount. My family and friends have given me a lot of the pieces (as a matter of fact MOST) as gifts over the years, which makes them even more special! :D
