Food Makes An Excellent Gift!

I always gave it to teachers when I was a kid. Also makes a great present for neighbors, co-workers, friends, etc. I think fudge, biscotti, well, pretty much any kind of pastry works well. Try wrapping it in plastic wrap first, then in take-out Chinese food boxes. Really cute! I'll try to post some good ideas/recipes here in the future!!!

This year I am going to give out cookbooks. I got a bunch of them to benefit a scholarship fund and am going to use them for teacher's gifts and stuff like that. They are quite cool.

Feel free. And if you want to know the kind I got, it was for the charity for my cousin who died a few years ago - his sister (also my cousin) started a charity for scholarships and they made them. I think there are a lot of things like that that will benefit a charity too.
