Does everyone have pumpkin pie, or make something else?

I am making a Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle, made with Spice Cake, Pudding, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, toffee pieces and pecans...It looks yummy..never did it before.

I like making jello salads too.

That trifle sounds divine! How did it come out? I usually have a pie or two. Mincemeat and apple usually. Pumpkin too every once in awhile. I have also made pumpkin bread pudding and pumpkin cheesecake.

Pie is a must! We usually get a variety of baked and store bought pies...but they all end up gone!

I like to have Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. It is sooo good, especially right out of the oven. I will try to put the recipe up soon. Just thinking about it makes me want to preheat the oven and bake it before the kids get home from school. It is a cold day and I know I could use a little comfort food.
