Sad to announce that film director Bob Clark (A Christmas Story, Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, Deathdream and many others) and his son died in a car accident yesterday in Pacific Palisades.

I'm so sorry to hear about him and his son passed away. How come did they involve into auto accident?

BTW, I really don't know Bob Clark, but I heard about the one called Children shouldn't play with dead things.

That is rough.
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.

They were hit by a drunk driver on Pacific Coast Highway...more details will come out eventually, but this has made many people very sad. Supposedly he was a really nice person in addition to being a good director.

How sad for his family. I'll remember him in my prayers, and maybe do a special viewing of Christmas Story
