I'm not a vet. I respect veterans greatly. The most I ever did for society was serve my community by working as a Missouri State Correctional Officer. Somethings better than nothing I guess.

Mu husband was 7 years in the army. I have 3 uncles who all retired from the military. I have GREAT RESPECT and GRATITUDE for anyone who has served or is serving in our armed forces.

US Navy, Four years, 2 Middle East cruises. Served on a Destroyer, and when that was decomissioned, I transferred to and an ammunitions supply ship.

I had'nt realized we had so many Military Veterans here. At first, I thought that the topic might be about "Vets" as in "Pro-Haunt Vets". Glad I stopped in to check it out a bit further.
