This is a recipe that my 10 year old LOVES: It's pretty easy and they are delicious
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbls coco
parchment paper
easy accent decorator
optional: crushed peppermint (which is GREAT)
preheat oven to 250. pre-measure all ingredients. Whip egg whites and salt until whites from a stiff peak. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, whipping constantly. Continue mixing and add water, vanilla and remaining sugar to egg whites, alternating until both are added. Fold in coco (and other peppermint, if you choose). Put mixture into easy accent decorator tube and pipe into parchment paper in form of chocolate kiss. Sprinkle if desired. Place in heated over for 1 1/2 until kisses "pop off" of paper. cool and remove from paper
