The only time I ever have turkey is Thanksgiving, and it's always fried, so I was a little skeptical when my brother told me about it. I watched it on TV, and it just looked so GOOD. I tried it out the other day, and it was the best turkey I think I've ever had. I'm going to make it for Christmas dinner. If you haven't seen the program Good Eats, you should give it a try. Great food, very entertaining!
