Pumpkin CheeseCake

PUMPIN CHEESECAKE


2 of 8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup of sugar
1 of 16 oz. pumpkin can
1 tsp. cinnamon
A dash of salt
2 eggs


Mixed together cream cheese and sugar. Blend pumpkins, spices, and salt into cream cheese and sugar mixture. Add eggs (one at a time). Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie "9 inch" deep dish plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

So, it worked okay with the pastry type pie crust? Do you think a graham cracker one would work, too? It sounds MAGNIFICENT, by the way.
