Although A christmas carol has been done many times over, this one looks really good and I think it's supposed to closely follow the storyline in the original Charles Dickens Classic.
This one is supposed to be done in a realistic looking CG and it has Jim Carrey doing the voice of scrooge.
It doesn't look as though anyone has posted anything on it yet, although it's still October...so I thought I would post a thread on it. I think it looks good. Does anyone plan to see this this year?

I saw the Movie in Imax 3d and I liked it so much. It was easy to forget it was animated because the effects aren't over the top and the people look very realistic. It follows the novel quite closely-word for word. My husband didn't like it-he fell asleep! He said it wasn't what he was expecting. Go figure.
