Bat Wings

My soon loves this treat on Halloween. I was out of town this year but in years past, he would wake up Halloween morning and have this for breakfast (or take it to school for his snack)

6 flour tortillas (make sure they are the large ones, you can get more bat shapes)
non stick cooking spray
cinnamon/sugar mixture (for sprinkling)
bat wing cookie cutter

Pre heat oven to 350
With your cookie cutter, cut tortillas into wing shapes.
Spray both sides of shape with non stick spray
Sprinkle sides with cinnamon/sugar mixture
Place on baking sheet
Bake until lightly brown (usually about 8 minutes)
Serve with butter or nothing.
