Report: Halloween Stock At Wal*Mart

Post by Halloween Freek » Tue Aug 28, 2007 9:47 pm

This is my first of many reports on different stores and how much stock of goods they have, the quality of goods etc. That way you can further direct yourself to find better quality goods. Today I am reviewing Wal*Mart.

==Haunted Goods Report==
Date Tuesday, August 28 2007
Store: Wal*Mart
Location: Fishkill, NY
Overall Rating: ** (2 Stars)
Quality Of Goods *** (3 Stars)
Quantity Of Goods * (1 Star)

Pictures:
Stand-by. They will come soon. My internet is just saturated at the moment...

Review
Honestly i was disappointed with what stock they already had. This puts them to shame. Michaels had triple the stuff in the middle of July!. I realize they are still stocking but this is really a shame.

I was to the big W the other day and there wasn't anything out except for the candy... Grr... this week coming though since school starts I bet they'll have it coming full force.. I know the dollar store in town is starting with lots of stuff... Tomorrows pay day so I might have ot have a little splurging time.

My mum went into the Portsmouth Asda-Walmart and ....... no decorations.

All it was it "Back to School" junk. Uniforms, pencil cases, notebooks etc.

Grrrrrrr they said it would be another 2 weeks yet before Halloween arrives

I'm still going to TK Maxx though, I hear reports that they have Halloween stock in already :)

There's a reason for that, actually. Most "big box" stores wait 'till their after school sales finish before setting up for Halloween. It kinda gives some order to when they can put things out AND... Michael's is a craft store and crafters making items for their fall shows will buy autumn supplies in summer.

... if only stores would wait to put out Winter stuff 'till after Halloween.
