Full moon on Halloween.....in 2009!

Post by Dr Strange » Wed Aug 22, 2007 12:27 pm

On an online almanac I saw that the next Halloween full moon should be in 2009. Mark your calenders and lock your doors early!

You can go online and look up lunar/moon phase calculators that show what phase the moon was in on your birthday and the phase the moon will be in for the next several years.

I have a picture of myself dressed as a mummy with the last full moon that fell on Halloween night in the background...i think it was 2006? But alas, it is not digital, or I would share it with you. It was AWESOME to have a full moon on Halloween night!

Sorry for the non sequitur, here, but I just thought of this and thought it would be cool. Someone (uuuuhm, Maybe NOS!!!!!!) should write a book called "October the 32nd".

That in so many ways is such a good idea..... However, I can say, "Been there, Done that!" with this type of thing...
Here's a pic of a get together in Niagara Falls I did a couple of years ago with friends I made on the Peter Frampton forum... Can you see me? Can you see Frampton?

Im saying that, YES, it CAN be done.... but, my friends.... you wouldn't BELIEEEEEEEEVE what it took to get to this point.

When all was said and done, I (and many others spent over $3000!!!!) NOT to mention the actual WORK that went into organizing a get-together like this!!!

But ONE thing is for sure.... It's something that I will NEVER NEVER NEVER forget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey you guys...

THAT would be the logical Halloween to plan our get-together. It's far enough away to be do-able, and the full moon would make it extra-special.

What do you all think??
