The Big Mac 'special sauce' is Thousand Island dressing with relish.

I'm serious, try it.

I know the original KFC Chicken Recipe...

Ingredients required in KFC original fried chicken recipe are as follows
1 full chicken
150 grams of all purpose flour 1 pack of Tomato Soup.
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
Vegetable oil
The secret 11 herbs in KFC original fried chicken recipe are as follows
1/3 tablespoon of salt
1/3 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoon of garlic salt
1/2 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of celery salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of dry mustard
4 tablespoon of paprika
2 tablespoon of Mono Sodium Glutamate (Accent)
How to make KFC original fried chicken?
Read the steps and you can easily learn that.

1. Take a bowl and beat the eggs thoroughly with the help of rotary eggbeater. Pour the milk in the beaten egg bowl and whisk the eggs and milk to blend them.
2. Take another bowl and whisk the flour and soup.
3. First dip the chicken pieces in egg and milk batter. Keep it till milk moistens it completely. To get perfect marinade soak it for 12 hours.
4. Then roll it in the flour mixture to coat it completely.
5. Repeat the above two step to make it extra crispy.
6. Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces in the frying pan on low frame. KFC utilizes pressure frying for this purpose to provide perfection to its chicken delicacies. Cook it for 20-30 minutes. Turn it and flip meanwhile.
7. Check for the golden brown color of the fried chicken.
8. Place these fried chicken pieces on a paper towel so that it drench all its oil.
Tips to make any type of fried chicken
. Brining: Soak the chicken in cold salty water at least for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and pat dry before frying.
• For best result make use of Iron skillets.
• Do not put too many chicken pieces in the frying pan at once.
• Make sure that your chicken pieces are cooked thoroughly and evenly. For that frequently turn them.
• Poke a large chicken piece with pork to decide whether it is cooked thoroughly or not. Look for the clear white liquid rather than pink. If you want to have a white meat then the temperature 160 degree is must whereas for dark meat it should be 170 degree Fahrenheit.

The chickens are par-boiled before they do the frying. KFC, as you pointed out, also uses a pressure cooker.
