The Christmas Witch

Just curious. I've seen that word "Christmas Witch" before, so do you know what it is? And, what is this about?

I heard from one guy saying that there was a Christmas witch from Italy long time ago, she is wicked... She made some cookies with some kinds of magic spell casts into cookies to feed all children who get some bad lucky. Well, does anyone know more than I do? Please post it here. Thanks.

Perhaps you are thinking of La Befana? She is sort of like a witch and kids in Italy say she rides on her broomstick, delivering toys to all children in case they are Baby Jesus.
