I am shopping for a 4 year old and would like to spend between 30 and 50 dollars. She is really into "girly" stuff. But already has a very large collection of barbies, baby dolls, etc.

Go to Claires or Icing or some other girls jewelry store and buy little bracelets, anklets, small earings (if she has her ears pierced), etc. You could also go to Bath and Body Works, they sell little lotions, sprays, make-up, etc. for little girls. If she likes disney princesses, you could go to a disney store in the mall and pick out little room decorations or whatever they have. Also you could get her dress up clothes. I used to love playing dress up when I was a little girl. Just ask her what she likes and be creative. Get her lots of small little things and wrap them up and put them in a big box. It'll make her think she's only getting one thing, but she opens it up and finds a bunch of things. Good luck and Happy Holidays!!♥ : )
