Christmas Shopping Deadline

Do you have a deadline for all your Christmas shopping?

mine is always that i have to have my shopping done by the fourth thursday in november. (thanksgiving that is) i don't go shopping after that, well maybe for a few odds and ends.

OBP, I did that frantic Christmas Eve shopathon once in my life and it just about planted me. I like to be done about a week before Christmas - with the exception of food gifts of course.

Hehehe.... I took the key word as being 'DEADLINE', to me, meaning that I have to that VERY last minute to get my shopping done!

I usually give myself until the 2nd week of December. Gift cards are a blessing in disguise tho...do you give gift cards too for Christmas?

Some people think that gift cards are to impersonal. Do you think so too?

I try to get it done by early December.

I will hopefully have it all done with a week to spare. I usually try and get it done by then every year.

Did you know they even have gift cards at Safeway? That would be a good way to avoid the mall! They have these huge racks with over 250 gift cards...thats a lot for a grocery store to carry, don't you think?
