we got "snow" yesterday- if we can really call it that...and we DO! It wasn't enough to accumulate on the ground, but it was lovely to drive through, even when I hit an icy patch and slid us over a curb- piercing my tire, nearly leaving us stranded. Just lovely.

Dang, SWC, I thought about you when I saw that snow patch over Texas, wondered if y'all had gotten any. I'm glad you guys are okay! I've done that before too, but it was just raining here...SUCKED. I ran over some kinda little shrubbery too and didn't realize 'til I got my tire changed and back home that I was dragging some of it underneath--stupid curb!!

I felt sort of like an idiot. I had become one of those people I usually laugh at while sitting in my warm house watching the news All the times I've rolled my eyes saying 'omg'sh these people act like it's a blizzard'

My tire was/is pretty messed up. My brother wanted to change it on the spot but forget that! We just hurried to get home before it lost all of the air It was a bumpy ride but we made it!

Here in our part of Texas the best snow we get is on a cone with syrup. I have great memories of my two trips to Canada to see the white stuff.
