Oriental Trading is a must if you have a lot of treats to give out. Their regular candy that you can get a Wal-Mart is prob. not a good deal, but for unique things and large quantity stuff they are great!! Cheap plastic stuff? yes. I have also purchased some cool stuff!. They have these yucky IV bags filled with candy blood. Gross and discustingly yummy. Little boys love them.
I have to prepart for a huge party of about 150 people and about 200 ToT 'ers. I start now shopping for basics.

I made treat bags last year using a browm paper lunch sack and a stick.
Cut the sides of the bag into thin 1/4" or so strips stopping 1" before the bottom of the bag.
Tie shreads around a stick to look like a witches broom. I use a ziplock baggie to hold treats inside of paper bag.
Really Cute and Easy. School classroom treats.
