Earth Vs The Spider

Post by Nostalgiascape » Sat May 05, 2007 3:52 am

Hahahahahaaaa....

This is great! It's 1:00 am and I just switched to the AMC channel. There's this 1958 monster insect movie on called Earth Vs The Spider. This is classic! Campy 50's actors, and up close video shots of a tarantuala.

The thing is...I love it! It's one of those rare and random moments.
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.

I've never seen that one, but oh, how I can appreciate those precious moments serendipity.

And also, didn't you know that there is a remake of Earth vs. The Spider? It was filmed in 2001, and Dan Aykroyd was my favorite charactor!

I absolutely LOVE old 50's sci-fi/monster/horror flicks. The only thing I love better than Halloween is movies of all kinds. (Well, maybe not BETTER, but equally...)

I too, love movies, especially horror flicks. I've never seen Earth vs. the spider, but I'll probably check it out sometime or another. Ah, this topic reminds me, I can't wait for Monsterfest on AMC. Though I've seen all the movies they show a zillion times , its always special to watch them on the week prior to Hallow's eve.

I love Monsterfest, too! But I'm not so happy that AMC doesn't show their movies commercial free anymore...

Don't worry because AMC channel will always do show some monsterfest or any types of horror movies as well as SCI channel! They will always come back again, over and over, again and again with non-stop action! What can I say??
