Christmas Season 2010!

Postby reemus_claus on Sun Oct 10, 2010 4:47 am

Well IMO it's now the Christmas Season of 2010!! :D I am already thinking about what gifts to buy, and what gifts i would like to receive. It's only 75 days to go! i know it looks like a big number but in 5 days it will be in the 60's, then 50's so on and so forth. I've even started testing lights and decorations to see if i need to buy new ones!

Anyone else doing the same? or started preparing?

Merry Christmas

Wow, you are very organised!! I have an 8 month old baby so have to admit I have already bought a few presents to put by for his first Christmas. We are also moving house soon so will be our first Christmas in our new house.

So exciting!!

I guess it pays to shop for gifts early or even make one. Last year due to the financials I had about half of my gifts handmade by me and my wifey. It saved us huge amounts of cash and our friends loved it. One thing though, a lot of thought and time needed to make these crafts coz you don't want em to look cheap. It took us 3 months but it was all worth it.....

It's only less than two months before Christmas and I admit I haven't done anything yet. I haven't started shopping for gifts, I haven't made lists for what to give loved ones, I haven't done any decorating, and I haven't done any preparations. I am such a procrastinator!

You know how you celebrate Christmas is a matter of what you've grown accustomed with? I was thinking... if your kids are in their teens, is it too late to start a Christmas tradition???

Nobody is as big as procrastinator as I am. This year I have tried to start my list beginning with my friends first and family will be next. I find my family is easier for me to get gifts for.

You blink your eyes and Christmas will be here. I always say that I will start my shopping early. It never ends up happening.
