Christmas at Disney World Parks

Has anyone visited the Disney Parks during the Christmas Holidays? If so, what did you think of the crowds? Decorations? I went this past holiday season and it was pretty crowded (except for right after New Years when it was pretty dead). December 30 was CRAZY, it was worse than anything I had ever seen in the summer.
