Better Homes and Gardens special interest publication: HALLOWEEN TRICKS AND TREATS
170 SPOOKTACULAR IDEAS.... etc...

did I get the right one, or is there something even BETTER out there, I can get? :D

I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE the fireplace screen on page 43!

OEJ: I love her whole house! This IS a great edition, isn't it? I really really REALLY love the mummy display on page 36. Hard to believe that crypt is just cardboard and styrofoam! And just to keep things on track, here's a link to a recipe that looks really cool...

Yeah, MammaHooch, I do, too. I have to admit THIS kind of stuff is Halloween, to me. I posted in a related thread about what kind of Halloween I most like and I think I said something to the nature of "country, victorian, goth" or something like that.
Well, the truth of the matter is that most of what you find in the seasonal editions of...... *sigh*... Women's magazines is what most touches my heart. And of course, I love all the creepy Folk art kinds of things.... But you see, that's just all part of what I'm talking about.

Growing up, my Mom was a VERY VERY crafty type person and she just LOVED Halloween....... Lots to DO, ya know.
I guess this is where it all comes from. I just love the 'Homey' feel.

And I can't STAND Halloween miscreants!!!!! Image

This BHG special edition doesn't seem to be for sale anywhere in my area. I can't wait to buy it.
