Top-down riding days

Post by MHooch » Sat Nov 11, 2006 12:21 am

Not really a Halloween topic (except that I was riding in the Magic Pumpkin) but the last two days here have been clear, sunny, and around 70...so I've gotten in two more great top-down rides! The last of the leaves were gorgeous, you could smell that delicious scent of fall...I'm telling you, convertibles are good for the soul :Hooch giggles:  Thanks for letting me rant!

I HAVE A BIG, ORANGE GOLDWING MOTORCYCLE, AND I CAN RELATE TO WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING. THE SMELL OF THE LEAVES IS ALMOST OVERPOWERING, AND THE WEATHER HERE IN NJ IS LIKE SPRING. I WAS JUST GETTING USED TO THE COLD TEMPS ON THE BIKE, AND NOW I'M SWEATING! LET'S BRING AUTUMN TEMPS BACK!

Yeah I love the smells this time of year, they seem so difinate and almost flash memories of event in previous years that took place in the fall. I have to say those this weekend has been very mild compared to the past couple of weeks.. I find it frustrating when it flip flops from cold to hot and vise versa as we just can adjust and I find people get colds and flus... good O'l Echinacea is with me always..
