hey jackskellington17...

How I envision the "haunted tree" would be some sort of thing rigged up so that you could have branches sticking up/out. A round trunklike area that you can stick your arms through and has room for your scary tree face. And on those branches would be hanging spanish moss, maybe a snake, definitely an owl and/or a raven roosting, maybe a ghost of some sort hanging there, of couse some old dead leaves, and two arms with stick fingers to grab at passersby.

There's the artistic vision (for what it's worth :? )...construction is all up to you, LOL!

I like the idea of a Haunted Tree. I actually tried to make one. But my kids kept knocking the branches off. lol So now it's just a stump...

Better Homes & Gardens has an idea for a tree costume. But where do you find "bark-patterned fleece"? Can't imagine there's a lot of demand for it!

Or you can buy a ready-made tree costume from Costume Craze that will need a lot of scare-ifying modifications (but that's the fun part!).
