Well mustard and ham always go well together. Does anyone ever cook meals using mustard. I've became a fan of Dijon mustards lately like Grey Poupon . There has been some debate about it, but I think that most scholars believe that it was Clement Clarke Moore who wrote it. I've got to admit that I like both. They are like bookends around Thanksgiving, both benefit from the other (as do Thanksiginv and N.Y.) :-)
