Re: Polymer Clay Earrings
Thanks! I did sell the pair of Snowman earrings. I didn't sell any others though. I think I need to get a little more ahead in the seasons. I want to get a good head start this year with both Christmas and Halloween. I also made Snowman ornaments, and I sold two of those. In the end I just ended up ...

Rise of the Guardians
I really liked this movie. In a way it actually fits for both Christmas and Easter, because it includes Santa Claus and the Easter bunny. It also has Jack Frost as a bit of an icon for the popular "Snow days" that kids get off school when schools close. Santa Claus was pretty tough in this movie. I ...

Re: The Santa Clause movies
I think I agree with most of the people here. I liked the first two Santa Clause Movies, but the third was kind of lame. The first was the best though, but I liked the dynamic of the second. Not that I didn't like the concept of all the different holiday and legendary icons coming together, but othe...

A Christmas Carol
I'm surprised the Charles Dickens Classic hasn't been discussed here, or if it has I probably missed it. There are so many different interpretations of the classic in movies, but there's one original classic book. I can't remember all the details, but I can't think of a Christmas Classic that has be...

Re: Gifts for your kids
That looks awesome! I actually have an old school system myself, the Sega Saturn. I used to play the Sega Genesis a lot when I was a kid.

Polymer Clay Earrings
I'm working on making polymer clay earrings for the holiday season. :) I am also going to be selling them for about $5.00 each. Here is some I have finished already: http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/d8/5c/b5/d85cb55d038eef8f16a93bd2cb4b7734.jpg http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/7f/e9/47/7...

I got an error message here. It would be interesting to know.
Rudolph was always my favorite when I was a kid.

You can always go for the classic make little loops out of red and green construction paper and hang them about the house, and put them together with glue or tape.

Merry and Warm Greetings all!
I just thought I'd see if this account still worked. I had some trouble with the Halloween.com username before, but decided to go with my standard internet username in the end. Anyway, just a little re-introductory post since I haven't been on here in ages. I'm Mau, I go by MauEvig on the halloween ...

Christmas trees of all colors
I've begun to notice at Walmart, and other places, that there are other tree varieties out there besides your standard green. Now, I've always been fond of those white trees and wouldn't mind having one someday, I really think they're pretty and they remind me of the snow outside and the wintery fee...

Re: The Real Reason For The Season
Well, I'm not that religious but I have to agree that Christmas is supposed to be about the birth of Jesus. At least, that's why we celebrate it. Jesus is God's gift to the world. We also celebrate because we give, and it shouldn't matter how much we spend because it's always the thought that counts...

Re: The Real Reason For The Season
I wonder that myself. Christmas is way overly commercialized these days. I love it, but I do think fables, shopping and whatnot have replaced it's true meaning.

Re: Does Anyone Believe In Santa??
But the thing is, if there is a Santa Claus, why is it that sometimes poor people don't get the things they want or need on Christmas, and why do parents need to buy for their children? Heck, why do we even need things like santaletter.com if Santa was really real? If he was real, he could write the...
